Where is packet pick-up?   Packet pickup will be at Eagle Creek Park Saturday morning only.  There will be no packet pickup the evening before.

Packet pick-up is only available race morning from 6:45 – 7:45 am.

Can I register the morning of the race? You can but there will be no option for a shirt.

I can’t make the race.  Can I sign up virtually? 

You can register for the Virtual Race through our registration site.  Simply submit proof of your run within our Virtual Results link (you may also upload a screenshot of photo of your tracking device) and we will send you a shirt and a medal. You may complete this run anytime before July 29th, 2023.  Shirts and medals will be mailed after the race.

Is there a cancellation/refund policy?  The Race Director, Official Medical Director, Police, and Eagle Creek Parks department have the authority to cancel or delay the event for any reason such as extreme weather, accidents, city emergency, health risks, etc. No refunds or deferrals are allowed.

We do however have the option to purchase race insurance at the time you register.

Why is this event a women’s only race?  We host a women’s-only event to showcase and honor the strides women have made in the sport of running & walking.

Can men participate? Yes. We have plenty of opportunities available to volunteer for the event to give back to the sport of running & walking.  There’s plenty of places available during the event to cheer on your favorite athlete along with others.

Where do I park once I get to eagle creek park?  The north gate on 56th street will be open so please enter on the north end if possible. Once you are there there’s parking at the beach area.  It may fill up and there’s also parking at the top of the hill before coming to the beach area.

Are there port-o-lets available? There are port-o-lets at the start/finish area. Bathrooms are also available at the bottom of the hill near the beach area.

Will there be water or anything available during the race?  We have two water stations on the course that have water and gatorade available. The first at around mile 3.2 and the other at the start finish area.  There are also several places that you can also stop and get water out of fountains (see course map) along the way.

Are dogs allowed during the race?  No and just to be fair cats aren’t allowed either.

Is there a time limit for the course? For those registering for the half marathon the first loop must be completed by 10:00am offering you a generous 18 minute pace per mile. For those registering for the quarter marathon you will have plenty of time to complete the course.
